For the frames, I used Photoshop Elements 5 and the ‘make a photo layout’ option, there are several framing choices there.
You can also download free or purchased digiscrapping frames and use them in Elements–I’d wager they could be used in GIMP, too, but I don’t know for sure. I don’t scrap, but I love frames lol.
